About Ashley Heights...

Ashley Heights is an anchor community of 274 custom construction homes in the northeast part of Felida, WA. It is considered one of the benchmark communities of the Vancouver, WA, and contains a mix of gated and non-gated areas. It is a former location for the Parade of Homes.

Given the recognizability of Ashley Heights, those touring the community will find that several nearby developments have adopted the "Ashley" name.

Amenities
The community owns approximately 20 acres of private parks and open space. There are two major parks as well as open space consisting of the forest north of the neighborhood to the Salmon Creek.  Within the development, there is a mix of community owned trails, green spaces, and a large central green space referred to simply as "The Gazebo" park.

How Old Are Homes In Ashley Heights?
Homes in Ashley Heights were generally built as part of a phased development between 1995 and 2003, with some member homes built separately in the years that followed. Most homes in the community have active owners that are regularly updating and improving their property. 

Schools
Ashley Heights sits in the Vancouver School District (www.vansd.org). Unless part of a magnet or other special program, students from Ashley Heights attend the following schools:

  • Elementary: Felida Elementary
  • Middle: Thomas Jefferson
  • High: Skyview
Many students in the development attend the various "magnet" programs offered by the school district, with a large number of neighborhood students attending the International Baccalaureate ("IB") program at nearby Columbia River High School.
